How to Build Quality One Way Backlinks
The two most important things to do, if you want to increase your Google AdSense revenue is to write good original content and create backlinks from authority websites.
Back links are incoming one way backlinks to a website or a web page for someone else's website. The more popular the website, the higher its "authority" ranking from the search engines. A new website with little content has a low authority ranking. An established website that is visited often, like article directory websites or social networking websites have a very high authority ranking. Therefore, when you begin to build backlinks, you want to make sure they are placed on authority web sites.
These are one way backlinks. The days of reciprocal link exchange are gone and forgotten. Don't waste time on this old strategy. If it is still part of the search engine algorithms at all, it is not a relevant factor. Also stay away from link farms. They are web site contain pages and pages of just links, with no content. They don't do well with Google at all.
Article Directory and Social Bookmarking websites are where you need to concentrate your major efforts.
Getting listed in Directories is a fairly simple, but repetitive process. Simply go to the directory, set up an account and follow the relatively simple submission procedures. Make sure you have links back to your web page either in the article or in the author information or summary sections. If possible, use the related key words in your backlink. Link to the actual article page. Back linking strategies are best when, in addition to backlinks to the main page, links also point to internal pages of your AdSense web site.

and Submit Your Article. Google has also introduced an article directory. Their articles are called Knols.
The second great place for one way backlinks are the many Social Bookmarking sites. These are fast becoming Internet hot spots and not only will help your backlink strategy, but will quickly generate traffic to your AdSense web site.
Even more importantly, a link back to your AdSense site from a social book marking site like digg.com can get you indexed by Google within a day or so. The reason is that the Google spiders or bots are constantly crawling these websites and once they see a the new backlink, off they go to your website. It's almost like magic.
Some of these popular sites are Digg (this is the one I use to get indexed), Propeller, Stumbleupon, Twitter, Faves and Google bookmarks. You can submit to all these sites and more by going to www.socialmarker.com.
Your back linking strategy should always be a part of your day. It is much better to submit to a few article directories and social bookmarking websites each day than many at one time. Google likes to see natural growth and rewards web masters for nice, steady, slow website growth.
A good goal is to have 100 backlinks pointing to the home and article pages on your AdSense website. Good original content and quality backlinks can really stimulate the Google money machine.
